After breakfast, we drive to the Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro. There will be a few stops at interesting scenic points where you can take pictures and get the whole experience of your 8-day Serengeti Migration Tour. The drive from Arusha to Serengeti National Park is approximately 6 hours, and we will make provisions for your lunch during the journey by providing you with an enjoyable lunch to allow us to arrive on time for afternoon animal sightings in Serengeti.

Full day game drive in Serengeti National park
Your 8-day Serengeti Migration Tour begins after breakfast with a full day of exploring the park and watching wildlife in their natural habitat. You’ll visit different parts of the Serengeti throughout the day, giving you the chance to see animals at various times and in a range of settings. Look forward to spotting large herds of migrating wildebeest and zebras, along with prides of lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and antelopes. You’ll also see many species of birds and beautiful indigenous trees, making every moment in the Serengeti an unforgettable experience..

Full day game view in northern Serengeti
After breakfast, you’ll travel to the Northern Serengeti, home to the famous Mara River and one of the best places to witness the Great Migration. This area is rich with shrubs and vegetation that attract large numbers of herbivores, making it easier to spot wildlife compared to the open plains. At the Mara River, you may get the chance to see dramatic scenes as crocodiles lie in wait, targeting wildebeest and zebras during their river crossing. It’s a thrilling and unforgettable part of the migration experience.

Morning in Serengeti. Afternoon drive to Ngorongoro
Your Serengeti Migration Tour begins with an early breakfast at your lodge, followed by a morning game drive to spot wildlife in action. Around midday, you’ll stop for a picnic lunch in the heart of the Serengeti, surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, the adventure continues with more animal sightings as you make your way toward the Ngorongoro Crater rim, where you’ll spend the night. This scenic drive offers even more chances to see the diverse wildlife and landscapes that make Tanzania so special.

Ngorongoro Crater. Evening drive to Tarangire.
After an early breakfast at your lodge, your day begins with a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest unbroken caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This incredible natural haven is home to thousands of animals, including all of the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—offering one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa. Around midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, surrounded by stunning views and the sounds of nature. In the afternoon, you’ll continue spotting wildlife as you drive out of the crater and head toward Tarangire National Park for the next chapter of your safari

Tarangire National Park to Arusha
After a full breakfast, you’ll enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, the third-largest park in Tanzania and well-known for its large population of elephants. The park’s landscape is dotted with towering baobab trees, often called the "Tree of Life," which add to its unique beauty. The Tarangire River flows through the park year-round, attracting a wide variety of wildlife and supporting rich vegetation. With its peaceful atmosphere and incredible biodiversity, Tarangire offers a truly rewarding safari experience.
