With each day offering something new, this luxury safari promises memories that last a lifetime.

ITINERARY
Day 1
Arusha – Lake Manyara

You will be transferred to Lake Manyara National Park for an exciting wildlife game drive. Set at the base of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment, this park is one of Tanzania’s most scenic and unique wildlife destinations. Its shallow soda lake, which covers much of the park, attracts large flocks of flamingos drawn by the algae-rich waters.

Lake Manyara is also home to a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest populations of elephants and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. With its mix of forest, savannah, and lake environments, Manyara offers an incredibly rich and diverse safari experience in a compact area.

Day 2
Lake Manyara – Serengeti

After breakfast, you’ll begin your journey toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the lush highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As the landscape shifts, the vast, open plains of the Serengeti begin to unfold, offering iconic views that stretch endlessly to the horizon.

Your destination is the central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera area, renowned for its abundant wildlife and the Seronera River, a key water source that draws a wide variety of animals year-round. Upon arrival, enjoy a thrilling game drive through this wildlife-rich region, where you may encounter lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes, and more in their natural habitat.

Day 3
Hot Air Balloon Experience

Enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience as you float silently above the Serengeti Plains in a hot air balloon (available at an additional cost with advance booking). This early morning adventure offers breathtaking views of the landscape, rivers, and wildlife below as the sun rises over the African savannah.

Morning Game Drive – Seronera River Circuit:
After breakfast, set out on a game drive along the Seronera River Circuit, known for its excellent wildlife viewing. This route winds through the plains south of the river, where you may spot lions, Thomson's gazelles, topis, ostriches, and cheetahs. Midday, enjoy a picnic lunch in the shade of giant acacia trees.

Afternoon Game Drive – Kopjes Circuit:
In the afternoon, explore the famous Kopjes Circuit, which loops around the Maasai Kopjes—ancient granite outcrops scattered across the plains. These rocky formations attract lions and other predators, as well as snakes and small animals. The kopjes provide shade and hold rainwater pools, making them excellent wildlife hotspots, especially during the dry season.

Day 4
Serengeti – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day game drive through the Serengeti, soaking in more incredible wildlife encounters and sweeping landscapes. Later, we depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at the historic Olduvai Gorge along the way. Known as the "Cradle of Mankind," this site is where Drs. Louis and Mary Leakey uncovered the famous skulls of 'Nutcracker Man' and 'Handy Man,' offering key insights into human evolution.

We continue our journey and arrive at the camp in time to watch the sunset. The evening is yours to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Day 5
Discovering the Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:00 AM for a full-day game drive. This incredible natural wonder is one of Africa’s most densely populated wildlife areas, home to around 30,000 animals. Thanks to its permanent water sources and rich grazing grounds, the crater supports a wide range of species, including wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and large African elephants.

It’s also one of the few places in Tanzania where you may spot the rare black rhino. The crater is well known for its high concentration of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards. We’ll pause midday for a scenic picnic lunch right on the crater floor, surrounded by breathtaking views and wildlife.

Tarangire is famous for hosting some of the largest elephant herds in Africa and is also home to rare species like the Greater Kudu, Fringed-eared Oryx, and Ashy Starling.
