Mkomazi National Park, located in northeastern Tanzania near the border with Kenya, spans approximately 3,234 square kilometers. Renowned for its diverse flora and fauna, the park shelters a range of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, elands, and African wild dogs.

With over 450 bird species, Mkomazi is a haven for birdwatchers.
