Arusha - Welcome to Tanzania
Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your PrimeKilimanjaro driver, who will be waiting to welcome you and assist with your luggage. From there, you’ll be transferred in a private vehicle to the city of Arusha.
Nestled in a lush, fertile landscape with the majestic Mount Meru as its backdrop, Arusha seamlessly blends natural beauty with vibrant urban energy. As a thriving city, it offers a perfect mix of modern charm and traditional allure, serving as the gateway to Tanzania’s rich wildlife, cultural treasures, and unforgettable adventures.
ARUSHA - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After early morning breakfast, we begin our drive to the Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro with a few stops during the journey at interesting scenic points for you to take pictures.
The drives from Arusha to Serengeti National Park is approximately 6 hours and we will make provision for your lunch during the journey by providing you with enjoyable lunch boxes to allow for us arriving timeously for afternoon animal sightings in the Serengeti.

Game drive IN WESTERN SERENGETI
After breakfast, begin your day exploring the Central Serengeti, a region teeming with wildlife and known for its vast savannas and iconic landscapes. From there, continue your journey westward into the Western Serengeti, an area celebrated for its riverine forests, open plains, and impressive wildlife activity—especially during the migration season. Spend the day observing animals in their natural habitat at different times and in various parts of this diverse ecosystem.
Expect to encounter large herds of migrating wildebeest and zebras, along with prides of lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antelope, and a variety of birdlife and native flora.

The Serengeti Migration Tour begins with an early breakfast at your lodge or camp, followed by a morning game drive to catch wildlife at its most active.
At midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, then continue with afternoon game viewing as you make your way back to Central Serengeti for an overnight stay.

MORNING IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK - AFTERNOON DRIVE TO NGORONGORO
Today, you’ll explore the Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera Valley—one of the most wildlife-rich regions in the park. This area offers exceptional year-round game viewing and is famous for its high concentration of big cats, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as elephants, buffalo, antelope, and a wide variety of birdlife.
In the afternoon, after a picnic lunch, you’ll begin your scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at the crater rim for an overnight stay with breathtaking views.

NGORONGORO CRATER - DEPARTURE DAY
Today your safari will begin with an early breakfast at your lodge or camp before you travel down the crater rim to view the animals inside the crater up-close.
The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest unbroken Caldera where thousands of animals live, where you will see big five animals. That afternoon you will enjoy your picnic lunch at the hippo pool then continue with the afternoons animal sightings as you make your way out. You’ll either be transferred to the airport for your onward journey or continue with the next chapter of your Tanzanian adventure
